Delivery Methods

Pallet Delivery

The safest and most frequently chosen delivery method. Your order is delivered on a pallet in securely protected packages.

After delivery, the packages can be removed from the pallet one by one and carried inside separately. The number of packages is specified in the product description. The weight of the heaviest package usually does not exceed 30–40 kg.

As a rule, pallet deliveries are made to the specified address without carrying the furniture into the building.

Home Delivery with Carry-In Service

If this service is available in your area, it will appear as a delivery option in the checkout after you enter your delivery address.

The service includes carrying the furniture inside, according to the carrier’s terms and conditions.

Personal Collection

You may collect your order in person after arranging a convenient pickup date and time with us.

Delivery Time and Costs

Transport usually takes 2–5 business days from the date the shipment is dispatched.

Transport time does not include the production or order preparation period. The current lead time is displayed on the product page or in your order confirmation.

What minimum room height is required for a triple bunk bed?
The total height of the N01 triple bunk bed is 206 cm, and the distance between levels is 72 cm measured without a mattress. Once a mattress is placed, the actual headroom on each level is reduced accordingly. For this reason, we recommend a room height of at least 240 cm, allowing the person on the top level to sit comfortably. Exact dimensions can be found in the Dimensions tab on the product page. If your ceiling is lower or sloped, contact us before purchasing — we will prepare a suitable configuration or custom height.
How many people can sleep in a triple bunk bed at the same time?
Three — one person on each of the three levels, which function as independent sleeping areas. Each level has its own 200 kg weight capacity, so both children and adults can rest on the bed at the same time. The structure meets EN 747 and EN 1725 requirements for bunk beds, and the recommended age for using the upper levels is 6 years. This is a solution for siblings sharing a room, larger families, and accommodation facilities.
What mattress sizes fit a triple bunk bed?
Each of the three levels fits one single mattress with a width of 80, 90, 100, or 120 cm and a length of 180, 190, or 200 cm — the size is selected in the configurator. Since the distance between levels is 72 cm without a mattress, mattress thickness directly affects the headroom on the level above. For this reason, we recommend mattresses between 8 and 22 cm thick. The mattress is not included and should be ordered separately according to each user’s age and preferences.
Is the top level of the triple bunk bed safe?
Yes. The third level is surrounded by a full safety rail 47 cm high — significantly higher than required by EN 747 for bunk beds. Access is via a separate ladder, and all structural edges are rounded and free from visible screws. This level of protection makes sleeping on the highest level safe even for younger children.
Is a triple bunk bed stable when used simultaneously by three children?
Yes. Simultaneous use by three children is within the weight capacity designed for each level. Stability comes from the rigid solid wood frame and precisely fitted connections that minimize looseness — the bed does not wobble when climbing the ladders or sleeping on several levels at once. To maintain full rigidity, it is worth checking the fittings periodically and tightening them if needed.
How do the two ladders work – can people climb to different levels at the same time?
The bed has two independent ladders: one leads from the floor to the second level, and the other from the second to the third. This separates access to each level and allows two people to climb to different levels at the same time. Each ladder can be installed on the left or right side to match the position of the door, window, or wall. Both are part of the load-bearing structure and have the same strength as the bed frame.
Can a triple bunk bed be separated into individual beds?
Yes. The three levels can be separated into independent single beds — a practical solution when children grow up or move into separate rooms. The connections are based on fittings designed for repeated disassembly and assembly, so after reconfiguration the beds retain full stability. Changing the layout does not require specialist tools or experience.
Is the triple bunk bed available only in the N01 model?
Yes. This category includes one structural model — N01. However, the finish can be customised: solid pine wood, oak wood, or a combination of both, as well as any color from the RAL or NCS palette upon individual request. Custom dimensions are also available, so despite one construction type, the bed can be adapted in both color and size to a specific room. All variants have the same load-bearing structure and the same safety parameters.
Is assembly of the triple bunk bed difficult, and how many people are needed?
Assembly takes around 1–1.5 hours and can be done comfortably by two people. The sides of each level are delivered factory-assembled, so most of the work is already done, while the remaining elements connect using premium fittings, precisely aligned holes, and the included instructions. Due to the height of the structure, working in pairs is more comfortable — one person holds the parts while the other tightens them. Prepare the placement area in advance: the frame is assembled lying down and then lifted upright.
How is a triple bunk bed delivered, and can it be carried in by one person?
The bed is shipped on a pallet containing several separately and carefully packed packages. No individual package exceeds 30 kg, so despite the large overall size of the bed, the individual packages can be carried in without help from a second person. For selected countries, an additional room-of-choice delivery option is available in the cart.
Can a triple bunk bed be ordered with a drawer?
As standard, the N01 triple bunk bed does not have a drawer. However, upon individual request, we can make a version with a storage drawer or with a drawer that holds an additional mattress, creating a pull-out fourth sleeping space. If you are interested in either option, contact us before placing your order and we will prepare a configuration and quote tailored to your room.
Is a triple bunk bed suitable only for a children's room?
No. It is most often chosen for children’s rooms and siblings sharing one room, but it also works well in accommodation facilities such as hostels, guesthouses, or agritourism properties. An adult guest can sleep on each level, and the dimensions and finish can be customised for a specific facility.
